Communication between the Infisign authentication service and the etown app is facilitated through Power Automate, a service running exclusively from etown’s secure cloud infrastructure. The etown app communicates with the Power Automate endpoint URL, which is auto-generated and accessible only through a secret key. The contact information collected from users is strictly for authentication purposes and is used solely for accessing the app’s services. Except as outlined in Section 4 for AI functionalities, we do not share this authentication data externally with any third-party sources. This information is outlined in our privacy policy to ensure transparency and trust with our users.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features and Data Sharing In addition to the above, etown incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions in the App to enhance user experience, provide personalized services, and power search functionalities. To power these features, we utilize third-party AI services provided by OpenAI and Google (Gemini).
Depending on the features you interact with, the App collects and transmits specific data to these providers:
- OpenAI: We share your user-created Name, Business Name, Phone Number, Location, Business Description, and Business Offerings. This data is processed by OpenAI solely to offer personalized content, tailored recommendations, and tailored services.
- Google Gemini: When using the App’s Universal Search functionality, the text queries you enter into the search box are transmitted to Google Gemini to generate search embeddings, which help us deliver highly accurate search results for businesses and services.
We confirm that both OpenAI and Google provide the same or equal protection of user data as outlined in this etown Privacy Policy. Both services maintain strict confidentiality and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of your information.

Users agree to personal jurisdiction in Tuticorin district court, India, excluding the United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement, and etown may modify them with notice.

These terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior communications. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms may be modified by etown without notice.
